5. Shipping & Delivery

- We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Refunds & Returns
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Damaged products will be replaced under the following conditions:
- You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care.bagitise@gmail.com.
- The damaged product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with the original packaging, within 7 days.
- We recommend recording a video while unboxing the product to verify any damage caused during transit.
- Refunds are not provided. Only exchange applicable in case of transit damage alone. Please refer our return policy for more details.
